By entering the Website or App through a third party web site you may be allowing such third party's website to view any information you provide to us. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us when you complete an order, or you may unsubscribe at any time by using the link included on all marketing emails. If you choose to opt out of receiving promotional emails, you will only receive emails in connection with the Services you have requested. To opt out of receiving targeted content and advertisements on our Website you can change your browser options to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from any web site. You will be able to access and use the Website with cookies disabled, but the user experience may not be customised to your interests and needs.

We take privacy questions and complaints seriously. We will investigate the complaint and determine whether a breach has occurred and what action, if any, to take. We will aim to respond to or resolve any such question or complaint in a timely and efficient manner, and our target response time is 30 days. We request that you cooperate with us during this process and provide us with relevant information we may require.

 “Services” means the services supplied by us in connection with the Website, any App, and our business generally.

We, us and our” means PBSK Management Pty Ltd t/as Bamboozled Quizmasters and includes our subsidiaries, agents, employees, officers, representatives, affiliated or related entities, assigns and successors.

You” means you, the person accessing or using the Website and / or the Services.
